Form 3 and 4 if all the partners have to resign and new partners added

Hi, 

Please can somebody help, I have to resign all the partners of the LLP and appoint new partners given to understand the same cannot be filed in the same Form 3 and 4 (meaning I have to file two forms one for appointment and one for resigning all the exisiting partners)

Do I need to execute two deeds one for appointment and then for resignation or one deed will suffice for appointment and resignation.
