Form 26QB correction stuck on PAN approval

I filed for a correction in Form 26QB (changed the date of deduction). Attaching the status of the request.
It is stuck on "Pending for PAN approval". My builder is telling me that his TRACES portal is not showing any request for approval. Could anyone help me with what could be going wrong?

The builder is logging in to TRACES using his TAN number. Should he be logging in with his PAN instead (that's what I deducted TDS for)? Does TRACES have separate login for TAN and PAN for the same organization?

What steps should the builder be performing for approving the request?

For correction of 26QB, you need an approval of the AO is required, the buyer would be required to approach the AO with the hard copy of the correction request. The buyer should carry his identity proof & PAN Card along with the documents related to purchase of property and proofs of payment made, for verification by the AO.

AO is next step. It is stuck on PAN approval as shown in the attached image.

Submit application. instant pan option is there

Did you see the column Pending of Approval?-

it is not assigned to designated officer. I submit your grievance through portal. Start with your name and pan no, then explain your situation. You will be informed within a week.

This kind of problem raise usually in correction which is not satisfied and rejected by AO, Seller or buyer.

It is not waiting on my instant e-verification or the AO. It is waiting on the builder's approval of the correction. Attaching the confirmation I got from IT.
As I mentioned in the descripttion, I need help on how the builder can approve.

As you don't have DSC, Pan pending approval should be given by official AO or net banking e-verify.

Instead of approach AO, try to meet your banker in-person along with all these documents. Or you can use digital signature certificate (DSC).

@ ashutosh jain - I am also facing the similar situation with 26QB approval from Builder , Is the issue resolved ? Could you let me know the exact steps the builder needs to follow for 26QB approval ( whether he or she needs to login using PAN or TAN nos in TRACES website )
