The TDS which has been deducted, hasn't been updated by my company. I have called them many times still they have not updated yet.
Now, can I still fill the ITR form, just want to know this? Will I get my returns??

If u know the exact TDS amount, u can file ur return. But Don't e-verify ur return. Just waiting for updation of TDS in 26AS. After updating TDS in 26AS, u should e-verify ur return
