Just had a little confusion, whether Form 25C is required to be filed for appointment /re-appointment of Chairman (of a public ltd. unlisted Co.) drawing remuneration from the company?

Form 25 C is for Managing Director or Wholetime Director not for chairman. If MD or WTD is appointed or reappointed then this form is required to be file.
