Is Form 25C is required to be filed for increase of remuneration of WTD, during his tenure. The said increase is within Schedule XIII of the Act.

No, form 25C is not required to be filed in case of only change in the remuneration.
Form 25C is the return of Allotment and it is required to be filed at the time of appointment or reappointment of the WTD or MD.
