It is being properly filling. Please check your form otherwise download fresh one and fill it..
Ya you pls. download new e-Form - 23ACA,, in old form that was problem,, not in new,,
Check your Adobe reader version. Download fresh form & fill it again & even if it is not filled, there will not be an error when you click on 'check form' button.
