Dear All
in the Form 23AC and Form 23ACA while filing the annual return of a public ltd unlisted company, i need to fill amount in a colum asking GROSS VALUE OF THE TRANSATIONS AS PER AS-18. (i.e. RELATED PARTY TRANSATIONS).
My audited balance sheet have several amount in this colum.
please suggest for the proper amount to be filled in the relevent form 23 AC and 23 ACA.

i do feel my self agree with the suggestion of Ad. Pankaj Shah as below.
Related Party Transactions amount to b taken in toto from the Audited Accounts. However, it shall b ensured that BS related amount b mentioned in 23ACA whereas P&L related amount in ACA. For Ex: Amount of Debentures issud to the related party can b shown in BS whereas Interest paid thereon in ACA as it related to the P&L.
