We have a co. whose paid up cap is 50200.we have increased its paid up capital to Rs. 100000 in july2010.but in Form 23AC Balance sheet is as on 31/03/2010....so the form is not accepted by the MCA portal.we want to file dis form so what should we do?

Form-23AC is related to the details for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2010 and any activity after this will not required to be given in such Form.
For this, you can give in Form 20B with the current paid-up capital till the date of AGM.
