I need a solution to the problem.

I have filed form 2 for a private limited company for allotment of 60,000 share but due to mistake from my end I have filled the form for 60,600 shares but the attachments are perfect i.e. for 60,000 shares. Now since the form got approved through STP mechanism and the company master data was modified with the incorrect data.

I want top rectify my mistake but not getting a suitable reply or solution to it.

Kindly help me out. Its very urgent matter.

On MCA portal u can ask them for deleting the data entry of the allotment that u showed in the form. On their approval u can file a fresh form 2.

There is no procedure of resubmitting correct data and deleting data entry of allotment.

File fresh form 2 with correct data and with that attach a letter signed by the director that in the earlier form 2 filed vide SRN ____________ topographical mistake has been committed so you are correcting that mistake by filing another form 2.

Your fresh form 2 shall be accepted by the system and details of paid up capital shall be updated.
