New Form 18 is issued by MCA. new things here, are as follows..
1.Address proof compulsory
2.Type of Regd office i.e. owned or leased & owned by director or any other person etc.
3.NOC of Owner of place where regd office of company is situated
4.Undertaking by company about filing of form 18 in future in case of any changes
5.Further, professionals have to visit such place & verify
Professional need to visit the place. It is totally different change.
Its a different change but really good one. There has been cases in the past where sham Companies are made. The companies doesnt exist at the place (address) which is provided in Form 18. So these amendment will be helpful in keeping track of such companies.

Address proof should be attached to form 18. It can be Telephone bill, electeicity bill, Bank statement, Rent agreement, lease deed etc.
If regd office is at premises of Director then NOC of director is required. Same thing in case of any other person who is giving his place to company for regd office.
Please find NOC format for Address of Registered office of company to be attached to form 18.
Please mention the name of owner & holder of property. Also mention rent agreement, lease deed etc. if such any agreement has been entered into.
