Note that we are a Pvt Ltd. company and we are already register in Traces website through DEDUCTOR Category and issue to party Form 16,Form 16A easily , but this time we are unable to download form 16b (Property TDS Certificate) .
Do I have to register again under Tax Payer category for download of form 16b?
when we go to register on TRACE as a TAXPAYER here see that in registration form want PAN No. ,D.O.B, First Name,Middle Name, Last Name/Surname and last Addher OTP
Note that we ara a Pvt Ltd Company( Exm- Ganesh Pvt Ltd.) and purchase Land in our comany Name & TDS also deposited in our Company Name(BUYER) .
So how we have to mention First Name-Miiddle Name- Surname/Last Name here
