Dear All,
If the Company needs to file the quarterly returns to all employees is mandatory? (Ex. Taxable salaried employee / Non taxable salaried employee)
or
only file the returns for taxable salaried employee and form 16 to the same.
Kindly share your valuable oponions in this regards
Not mandatory to give the details of non taxable salaried employee.
But as we have to download form 16 from traces website & cannot generate from software, so if you need to give form 16 to non taxable salaried employees also, then provide the details, else ignore...
