my friend working in govt college as contact lecturer
his monthly sal 25k
he doesn't want to deduct TDS from his salary
so
form 15G is applicable or not to submit to escape from TDS
he doesn't have any exemptions.

If his salary 25000 than its below the tax limit i.e. 500000 than TDS not applicable.
