Regarding digital signature on sale bill

According to GST and income tax should we should take customer signature in sales bill or we  can do digital signature and send them online ? 

If no digital signature hardcopy we should sign and then customer should also sign ?

Digital signature means the exact signature should be there or just digitally signed by authorised signatory .
