Hello I am bharath, could any one please explain the procedure to make payments to Non - Resident or to a Forign Company & CA Certificate.

fill up form 15CB and hand over the same to the banker. thats all.
we have to fill the details of remittance and the amount of TDS and copliances with DTAA and TDS Provisions.
also in the case of Imports "Form A1-application of remittance in foreign currency' has to be submitted wiith bank in duplicate
