Is Form 15CA and 15CB required for transferring amount (in INR) to NRO account?

- If your NRO account is keeping in Domestic (india bank), you can transfer the fund without the 15CA, 15CB
- If the NRO account is keeping in Foreign bank, you can transfer the fund with 15CA, 15CB

What if he's an individual NRI? He's actualy getting a refund of advance paid for purchase of land which was subsequently decided not to purchase the said land and now the refuund amount is being deposited in NRO Account !!

you can download the 15cb from there. and you can prepare the 15ca in income tax website......
