DEAR SURESH,

FORM 13 is for GETTING A CERTIFICATE FROM AO for lower or no deduction of TDS.

Based on the certificate TDS will not be deducted or deducted accordingly.

ANY ASSESSEE CAN FILE FORM 13.

I submitted online Form 13 on 19th December 2022 and accepted. Asking some documents on 22 December 2022 which submitted and clarified.  Presently the status says with ITO- AO.  How long the process will take
