One of my cousins started his articleship in sep 2016, at that time he was in 3rd year bcom and filled form 112 with icai, recently he finished his bcom and now he wants to pursue cs course. should he fill another form 112 for cs ? ( as another 2 years of articleship period is left) Plz help
