My Articleship period was from 10th march 2015 to 9th march 2018. During this period I registered for Bcom(A&F) in IGNOU . But I failed to Submit form 112.

All my doubt is Can my principal sir sign NOW(today) on form 112 giving permision to study other course as my articleship was completed in 2018 itself.

Can my principal sir sign with todays date ?

Is there any procedure to be followed. ?

Is any condonation letter required ?

The Form 112 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. from the date of joining the course. In case of delay in submitting the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a letter stating the reasons for delay along with a condonation request and appropriate condonation fee as per the following:
(d) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period Rs. 100/-
(e) Delay between 31 days - 180 days Rs. 300/-
(f) Delay beyond 181 days Rs.1000/-The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”, payable at CHENNAI.
