Should I submit Form 112, if I persue any short term courses like Diploma Courses for 3months, daily 2hours class in the morning before 10am or evening after 6pm. Courses such as webdesigning, Auto Cad etc.,
I think it is not necessary, we should submit only if it is a graduation or post graduation or a professional course. Isn't it so ?

If your articleship is registered before March 31,2008 then form 112 is optional but after it is mandatory. So it is better if you have a chance to submit it.

form 112 is for getting permission to pursue other professional courses
so this diploma course which is not hemparing ur articleship timings need not b mentioned in form 112
