from whr i he to fill 112 for external course n payment for same as fine 2500 at the time of membership form filing

Form bhara he lekin upload or fee nahi bhara abhi tak. kyu kuch ho sakta he kya

Same query of my friend . she has generated a queary in e sahayattaa she is saying that first she will fill up form 112 & after approval of it she wants to apply for membership.can you give ur contact so, if any answer comes from e sahayata then i will tell you.

I also cal them they said file form 112 online take sign of principal then upload form band make payment of 2500

Aapka articleship duration kya tha kya aap bata skte ho?? & which course u done external??can u tell me that within howmany period they approve form 112 ?? bcoz after its approval , application of membership can be done na?? & reasons of condonation is mendatory to attach or not??

Reason is not mandatory but have to pay late fee. i m doing mom external but no option apko ab fine bhavna hi padega uske bina membership no. nahi aayega

Am also facing the same problem. Form 112 has been uploaded almost 3 weeks ago, but unable to submit the form.

I have already sent many emails to different IDs, but no response at all..!!! Also registered a grievance @ e-sahayataa, but its still showing 'under-process'...

So I am now planning to raise a ticket in the helpdesk of the SSP and wait for some more days, till the portal stabilization process gets completed.

It will take time minimum 3 weeks to approve but within 1 month they will approve that info. i got from icai branch. aapne membership ke liye bhi apply kiya he or only form 112 hi upload kiya he? & late fees pay ho gai ho to submit ho gaya hoga

Am waiting for the 112 to be approved, to apply for membership.

If they may approve within one month, thats a piece of good news!!

But I think in the meantime, we can also raise a ticket for our issue in the helpdesk of the self-service portal.

Ok just tell me one thing for filing late form 112 . is there any other form 112 for balated or it is the form that we r seeing in "other forms" in our ssp portal? that belated is beyond 365 days after that koi limit nai he na? means 365 days se bhi late ho to bhi 2500 rupees hi he na??

Yes.. the maximum late fee for us is Rs 2500. I am submitting form 112 relating to 3 years before. Even then, the late fee shall be only 2500.

I think this fee is applicable only for people who are submitting 112 for membership purpose. Otherwise, the condonation fee shall be 10000+GST

And also I think we may not need to pay 2500 also, if we can make payment before 30th November 2019, since the institute has waived off all the condonation fees paid online till 30/11/2019

My articleship period was from march 2015 to march 2018. In between i regustered for B.com in Ignou in july 2016. But i failed to submit form 112. Now for applying membership it is asking for form 112. What shall be date of my principal on form 112 ?
