Sir. I have started my articleship on 8 April 2016. While submitting my form, I didn't disclosed about my currently pursuing course of graduation in Form 112. So I didn't submitted my Form 112. But my I feel, I should had disclosed it earlier. Actually I didn't disclosed because my college was not opened during that period so that I could had taken the sign of my principal of the college. But it can create problems to me in future. So what should I do now ???

this is very good for you that you want to disclose true fact with icai
you can also filled now form no. 112
there is no time limit for filling up form 112

If you are pursuing bachelor's degree private, then there is no need to take signature of college's principal. However, if you are pursuing it through regular mode, then make sure your college timings don't clashes with office timings otherwise there will be a problem for you.

Pursuing bachelor degree in private. /??? Didn't get it. I have passed CPT exam in the same year in which I passed My 12th. Currently pursuing B.com in the 3rd year in Calcutta University. What should I do ?? I want ICAI make aware of this fact

@ Lokesh Jain, Sir But in the form 102, in the head of "Pursuing any other course" I had opted for No while submitting my Form 102. However. My timing of college doesn't clash with the Article ship hours
