Form 112
I am a private student.inititally I dint fill form 112.now Institute has mailed me asking me to fill form 112 along with penalty of 1000rs.
But I was never associated with any college and thus can't get "Certificate of college" contained in form 112 filled.
Kindly guide me is it OK if I don't fill it.

No, you jave to fill form 112 and state in that I am doing My course Correspoondence.
U have to fill form 112
What are u pursuing with articles. Inform nil to icai if u not doing any course. Else fill form 112 even for distance edn.get sign of principal Ca along with fees
