Date of provisional registration of Trust is 06-10-2021 and form 10AB is not filed yet.
Do we need to file form 10AC again and then apply for permanent registration or we can file 10AB directly?
newly created trusts can use Form No. 10A for making an application for provisional registration.
All trust or institutions that obtain the provisional enrollment or approval for a 3-year duration would be needed to make the application in Form No. 10AB in 6 months post to the start of the charitable activities. These trusts would obtain a permanent enrollment post to make the application in Form No. 10AB
