Form 109-Termination
Guys, I have SUBMITTED form 109(termination form) without uploading duly signed by me and my principal. But now I want to cancel this termination application. But since it is already submitted, there is no option to delete the application. What should I do now?

Since you cannot delete or edit a submitted Form 109, you must contact your ICAI Regional Office directly to request that they either unlock the application or allow you to submit a fresh, complete version with the required signatures.
