Form 108 submitted form without principal signature

Hey hai 

I made a mistake while submitting my form 108 

Like I submitted that form 108 without principal sign

Instead of form having both signature

I attached the wrong pdf now I can't rectify it 

Now what should I do like I can't submit my new form 108 

Can someone let me know what should I do ?
