sir form 108.is not submitted within the stipulated time.now i am submitting the form 108 with late fees. condonation letter is required for late filing of form 108.my query is that whether condonation letter is give on ca letter head or simple paper

I had given on simple paper and it is ok
please tell me whether it should be signed by student as well as employer.?
