Form 10 ie

Mandatory only for ITR-3 and 4. For ITR 1- and 2, it has to be  opted in the Return itself.

@ Vanamala Phani Kumar There is no notification. But if portal is designed in a particular way, you are not at fault. Law does not compel a person to do something not possible.

Form 10 IE to be filed only for ITR 3 & 4. It is mentioned while filing the form in the portal.
