Foreign Remmitance

Hi Friends,

Does Foreign remittance paid through credit cards atttract submission of Form 15CA.

But in form 15 CA there is column which is asking the name of the bank and branch through which payment is made??

Payment has been made for dedicated server space in foreign country..

Please give me all useful information required for the above case..

Hello Gourav,

The procedure for the foreign remittance is as under :-

If the payment has been done through credit card, the bank & branch name through which the credit card payment is done must be given in Form 15CB (Certificate from Charered Accountant).

 

All the details from Form 15CB must be entered by the assessee in Form 15CA online.
