please let me know what all permissions are required to be taken from the Govt of India, including RBI etc and Government of Indonasia, in case a indian company desires of purchasing mine in Indonasia.

U can form a WOS in Indonesia and acquire the existing mine in Indonesia.
or an Indian company can purchase the enitre shareholdings of Indonesian company and have control over the same

But this ceiling of 400% of Net worth is not applicable if investment is out of funds raised thru ADR/GDR, or balances in Exchange Earners' Foreign Currency account of the Indian party.

thanks you for your quick reply, but sir does law of Indonesia permitt WOS. And what is JV then is it same as WOS?
and which option is better haveing JV or having WOS?
