Is is necessary to show the names and shareholdings of the foreign directors in statutory register as ia applicable to Indian directors per sec 303 and 307 respectively or should we prepare separate register for the foreign directors????

It is not required to prepare seprate register for foreign director under section 303 and section 307. Both sections apply equally for Indian as well as foreign director.
