Force fully dissolution of partnership due to fraud stamp pa

Dear Friends, I think Mr. Bhavik would like to state that “A partnership firm which get registered with registrar with the help of fraud and BOGUS or SHAM documents like partnership deed and then after that partnership firm had filed suit on third party, for possession of some immovable property.

So he requires brief suggestions from all the learned professionals & experts:–

Is it possible, As a third party how to stop that partnership firm with such fraudulent claim for possession of their property?

How one can able to get dissolve that partnership firm or its registration once for all? And by what way?
