Quick Summary
E way bill is applicable if invoice value is 50000 rupees or more. A Registered person or the transporter may choose to generate and carry eway bill even if the value of goods is less than Rs 50,000. E way bill is raised by registered person and by transporter
Eway bill is always required when transporting goods if consignment value is Rs. 50000 or more (in some states Rs. 100000).
Upto 20 km for weigh bridge not required
if the value of goods is more than 50000 then you need to generate E-Way bill
