I am registered person under GST for manpower supply.Now I want to supply of transportation with hiring vehicle can I raise GST invoices to party?And also what is GST rate? please help me

I think you have to add transport business in earlier GST registration of manpower , please confirm with others also .
You have to add Transportation Business to your list of services in GST Registration
And what is GST rate?
Are you Supplying services to body corporate i.e Pvt Ltd Companies , Public Limited Companies etc ?.

Are you proprietorship concern ?.
Yes proprietorship concern
Are you renting Motor Vehicle to Public Limited company to carry passenger ?.
Renting motor vehicle to Ltd company for transporting goods.
