For ipcc company law nov 14..

there are some changes in law paper for IPCC Nov 2014 examination.. due to companies act 2013 I have munish bhandari Sir's book for may attempt. But, I want a book for comapany law (only c.l. not full course) which is written for IPCC Nov 14 exam please any one can suggest a good book ( Full details not amendments or comparisons only) for this purpose.... Or a soft copy thanks in advance pratik..
