For certified copies i make the declaration form image up to 100 dpi and with in 200 kb is it sufficent
No. As far as I know there would not be any trouble and if there is they will ask you to send another image through e-mail.
Just keep an eye on your specified mail account for any such request from institute. A friend of mine forgot to upload the image file but he got it..

bro r u sure i just scanned the image of declaration form and one image size is 130 kb and another one is 200 kb and one is 650 kb so dnt know which one have 100 dpi so what to do in that case becuz i dnt want they reject the application |

just forget about dpi. Just make sure image is below 200kb
