Friends........I just got to know something NEW to which i was unaware of and Not me but also Whosoever have relied on ICAI's supplimentry study papers For Amendments for Nov. 2011 Exams (Finance Act 2010) must be unaware of.since it's not been given in the supplimentry study papers.....the changes i got while discussing the same with Dr.C.A Girish Ahuja and also checking the new Study Modules are... ..

1.SEc 44 AD (realting to the presumptive income for assessee engaged in the busines of providing services to Civil construction sector ) would now include the "Retals trade business also along with all small business with a total turnover of 60 Lakhs, Hence

2.Section 44AF has been Deleted

Yes. this is right.

In the previous amendment classes of Jayesh Sir. he told all the student that the this provision applicable from May'2011.

so bro this is applicable from previous exam.

The changes in 44AD is mentioned in the amendments issued by ICAI and even in amendments issued by Manoharan and other authors , much before the May 2011 exams ---- ie. in Feb 2011.
