Hello Tony,
A company cannot be floated in 24 hours.
Firstly.. Checking for name availability... e-form 1A it takes about 2-3 days or more to get approved.
Also,Form 1,18,32 which you file to incorporate a company takes minimum of five days to get approved.
Although there was circular by MCA
General Circular No. 49 /2011, Dated – Dated the 23rd July, 2011
It was proposed to carry out incorporation in 24 hours based on the certification of correctness of details by CA/CS/CWA, however it has not been implemented yet.
Experts views are solicited.
