If you are providing only Services , can opt composition scheme under clause (2A) of Section 10 ,being inserted by finance (No.2) Act 2019. & required to deposit tax on turnover @ 6% (3+3) .

Note : Your aggregate Turnover shall be below 50 lac .

The composition dealer who are paying tax under Section 10(1) can supply SERVICES of value not exceeding 10% of Turnover in Preceding FY or 5 Lac whichever is higher . so if you falls under this , then yes you can pay 1% GST on same.
