sir i want to transfer my Fixed assets to another state in same co.

1. is e waybill necessary

2 if yes then which doments req. delivery challan or invoice

3. Is GST Applicable

4. Is ITC availed or not

As per sec 7( schedule 1) of CGST Act, transfer of goods between distinct persons shall be supply even without consideration.

E way bill necessary if value of consignment exceeds 50,000.

It requires invoice not delivery challan as it is supply

GST applicable on the above transaction and you can avail ITC
