As per sec 7( schedule 1) of CGST Act, transfer of goods between distinct persons shall be supply even without consideration.
E way bill necessary if value of consignment exceeds 50,000.
It requires invoice not delivery challan as it is supply
GST applicable on the above transaction and you can avail ITC
