Fixed asset capitalization - invoice
Dear all,
Please guide, as to whether it is compulsory that the name of the Company is mentioned on fixed asset bills/invoice for them to be capitalized?
Will the bill being in the name of the directors or TCWG, disqualify such assets from being capitalized?

No Not necessary ,Payment should be made out of the comapany bank account .
