Firm name / trade name ???

Dear members, I have cleared CA Final in May 2011 and applied for the membership and cop. I wish to start practise as a proprietor and I wish to keep my firm name K.Kathrani & Co. So for using this name, which form am i requited to send to ICAI Form 117 or Form 18 and when should I send this form?
