FIRA and FIRC
What is the resolution when the refund is rejected on account of non submission of FIRC although FIRA was attached ??

Reapplication with proper firc
Don't b harrassed by the officer be he harrassed by you... Engage a proper consultant together the refund clear rather than getting bully by the dept

If FIRC cannot be obtained, a letter from the bank against FIRA confirming reciepts along with correlation may also be submitted. (practically this is also being accepted)
Can this be submitted with apl filed for rejection of the refund as a relevant document
No new application is required to be made. Also, if the officer is not accepting, may need to have a discussion with higher up authority for quick resolution.
