For Nov’15 CA Exams, Finance Act, 2014 would be applicable, i.e. A.Y. 2015-16 and amendments reported upto 30.04.2015 would be relevant.

[Note: The Finance Act of a particular year is applicable for May & Nov exams of the next year. Hence, Finance Bill 2015 would be applicable for May & Nov 2016 exams.]
