Are the amendments brought out by Fin. Act 2013 applicable for Indirect Tax. At the ICAI website, the study material for Indirect Tax is still the Nov. 2012 Edition viz. amended by Fin. Act 2012. Do I have to refer the supplementary paper which has the Fin.Act 2013 Amendments along with the material for Indirect Tax?
