 Dear Harvinder, attempts matter when companies shortlists in campus.

there are some reputed  companies  which require CAs who have cleared in less attempts.

but your knowledge & experience during articleship matters when you go for any  interview. 

but still there are some companies which never ask about attempts. they ask only about your articleship experience.
