Final old syllabus extended till May 2021??

I think yes it has been extended and the last attempt for the old syllabus will be May 2021. 

Students who have registered under IPC old syllabus, can write their exams up to May 2021 examination term

The Students who were compelled to opt out to May'21( during the Nov'20) have effectively lost an attempt . Hence the question " Is May 21 the last attempt for CA final Old Syllabus". and is that fair.
