I have completed articles. While registering for exam, there is a service certificate. In that format, there is no specific requirement for it to be attested by a CA or Principal (I refer to my case where articles completed).
But, for others for whom articles are still on, sign is still reqd.
Should I get it signed from any CA in that form? Pls clarify?

If your Photo and Sign is displying on exam portal then there is no requirement to sign the certificate.

Moreover if you are sitting first time in exam then your photo and sign will not appear so in such a case you are required to Sign form.

If your articleship completed then no require sign of your principal or other C.A but in case articleship are not complete while applying Exam form then principal signature is mandatory..
