This criteria is applicable for old course students* who had taken termination from articled training and re-registered later to complete the balance period and are in service as on the first day of the month in which the final examination is held and serving the last twelve months of articled training.

* PE-II stream student and PE-II stream students converted to IPCC, students converted from PE-II to PCC as well as students converted from PE-II to PCC and then to IPCC.
