Filling of roc
i want to file ROC Anuul returns of company for last 3 years . so, to file roc for the year 13-14 should i use new form i.e.AOC-4, ADT-1 & MGT-7or old form i.e.23AC, 23ACA,20B,GNL-2 ???

For 13-14 you should use 20B, 23ac & aca and 23B instead of adt-1
No form can be filed after the delay of 270 days. Compounding need to be done through NCLT.
Is that a new rule ? Because We have been filing much delayed forms for our clients since years.
